This exquisite piece of historic property has seen many lives. Originally built in the 1920s for Edgar and Luttie Perry as their home. Today it is seeing a new life. The 10-acre estate is now a luxury hotel and club. The Italian-Renaissance Mansion is the main lobby with 5 unique suites on the upper floor. There is an existing Chapel for events supplemented by a new restaurant overlooking the historic rose garden. There are a total of 54 guest rooms on site with access to a fitness center and pool.
