Upton Ranch

River-House, Tree-House, Everything-in-Between House(s).  This sums up the goal of this development for a family who wanted an escape from the City.  A place of refuge, relaxation, and fun.  This project includes three Cabins, one Studio with a sleeping loft, a Greenhouse for celebrating and gardening and lastly a Washhouse for river going.  Our aim was to nestle the cabins into the trees atop the property’s highest point with lofty views of the bows and peeks down to the river.  The Greenhouse and Washhouse are set down in a field closer to the river where the sun shines bright for growing vegetables.  The client’s lofty goals also include some zip-lines and tree-walks.  We are beyond excited to see this one come to life.
