How do you design a home for a future client in mind?  We designed this home with a team of people from different perspectives.  We opted to take a twist on the classic bungalow style to maintain a cohesive character found within Austin.  Creating smaller volumes at the front respects the scale of a residential neighborhood.  The living spaces of the house are kept at ground level for easy access for guests and daily rituals.  The primary bedroom is lifted above the basement giving it a semi-private escape overlooking the pool and waterfall below.
